Tsai Hsing School is an esteemed institution in Taipei that has adopted a western approach to English instruction. Instead of teaching dry, form-based lessons as with most teach-abroad programs, you will do what you do best - teach content in the English language. We are looking for the very best teachers to join our education team. You will find that our compensation package eclipses that of most any other teach abroad program.

Job Specifics:
- $3000 US per month plus housing in luxury apartment walking distance from school
- 20-25 teaching hours per week, 10-15 office hours per week (average 35 hours total)
- opportunity for bonus paid planning hours
- Chinese language training provided upon arrival to ease transition
- 2 round-trip airline tickets
- paid locally observed holidays, 3 weeks paid vacation (over Chinese New Year break)
- Labor insurance and health insurance provided
- School will manage work permit and alien resident certificate
- Term is from Aug. 1, 2012 to July 31, 2013
- candidates able to commit to two years will be given preference

Requirements:
- No knowledge of Mandarin is necessary
- must be able to provide evidence of university diploma and US state teaching certification for elementary/junior high school. Can be multi-subject or content area certification. CANDIDATES WITHOUT CERTIFICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
- must be able to provide access to a demo lesson in the Los Angeles area or an electronic copy of a 3-5 minute demo lesson video
- must be able to interview in Downtown LA or over teleconferencing
- must be able to provide at least 3 professional references
