We are looking for staff that is passionate about organic skin care, experienced and confident enough to be able to offer individual theories and remedies for optimum skin health and also committed to a long term position with amazing growth opportunities. As well you MUST BE an EXPERT waxer, experienced enough that you could wax "with your eyes closed" but of course don't do that? Brazilian waxing you do with ease.

? SKIN IS YOUR PASSION!!!! You talk about it day and night and love being in the beauty and wellness industry.
? You are a California state licensed esthetician (not required for management position)
? You are an amazing facialist with a passion for utilizing techniques and remedies like facial massage, compressing and masking with raw foods, precious oils and honeys (not required for management position).
? You believe there is a direct connection between nutrition and skin health.
? You have a knack for sales and can sell ice to an eskimo, exceeding your sales goals.
? You are open to learning other expert techniques because you want to remain three steps ahead of your competitors.
? You are a curious and open person always looking to learn and try the latest skin care treatments and ingredients.
? You read the trade mags as well as the fashion and beauty magazines and blogs. Tell me which ones are your favorites...
? You are knowledgeable of what is new, up and coming and classic when it comes to skin care and beauty.
? You are a fast learner are open to constructive criticism and insights that will ultimately make you and the business stronger.
