?Training & Courses for the WA Mine Sites SUPPLIED!!

?Assemble machines and components as per available service manuals/bulletins or directions issued from supervisor / team leader.
?Strip, assess and rebuild machine components.
?Understanding of and competency in the area of fit and tolerances.
?Ensure assigned jobs are completed within the estimated repair time and are of the highest standard of workmanship.
?Responsible to investigate and suggest new methods of completing jobs to improve efficiency and reliability of completed component.
?Complete all necessary paperwork to support Quality System requirements.
?Perform fault finding on hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
?Communicate effectively to explain technical issues and problems that may be experienced in the course of their day to day duties.

The successful applicant will have the following core skills:

?Sound technical knowledge preferably in the stripping and rebuilding of large planetary gearboxes.
?Use of measuring equipment
?Ability to read and interpret parts lists.
?Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
?Well organized
?Capable of reviewing technical problems in detail
?Possess a team approach
? CAT and Komatsu experience is advantageous
