Lead Line Cook Needed ASAP!! (Hollywood, CA)

More infoFun and lively wine bar restaurant in Hollywood is looking for a lead line cook to join our team. We do lunch, dinner and brunch. We also carry a lot of cheeses and meats from around the world. If you do not like cheese or meat, this job probably isn't for you. We are cheese fanatics!!!

Applicant must have:

-A fun and energetic personality. (The line is in the front of the house, so there is lots of action going on and you must talk to customers)
-At least 2 years of cooking experience!!
-A food safety certificate.
-The ability to work with others. We are all family here and we need someone who is willing to help out at all times.
-Cheese and Meat knowledge is a plus!!
-Must speak English! Bilingual is awesome!

This position assists the chef with every day tasks such as: Prepping, Ordering, Organizing the cooler, etc.
We are looking for a pm cook, with a couple of mid shifts and possibly a brunch shift.
