Duties:
? Make calls and interact with people in a positive, articulate manner, answer calls
? Keep business organized and efficiently run
? Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Power Point and internet usage
? Create and/or coordinate marketing materials
? Write small creative blogs, research
? Maintain contacts data base, maintain digital files "on the cloud"
? Numbers data entry with extreme accuracy
? Real Estate transaction, bookkeeping
? Door knock
? Work unsupervised, set priorities & follow through to completion of all required tasks before deadlines

M-F 8:30am-5:30pm, some weekends, 25-30 hrs./week @ base pay $10/hr. + 10-15 hrs./week as a Realtor @ 50% commission split on leads provided
