Office / Personal Assistant (San Gabriel)

We are a car dealership in the San Gabriel area seeking to hire someone who is highly
motivated person to join our company.

Working hours
Mon to Fri 11:00am to 8:00pm
Every other Sat. 11:00am to 8:00pm

Qualifications:
- Fluency in reading and speaking MANDARIN, ENGLISH is a MUST (CANTONESE is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point (graphics/layout on Photoshop and website maintenance is a plus)
- Willingness to learn with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong interest in the auto industry
- U.S. Citizenship and good driving record
- Friendly around dogs and children

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
administrative duties such as filing, inputting data, maintaining office supplies and equipment, answering phone calls, emails and fax inquiries
