We are Very excited to be offering a position as our order processing, shipping and customer service associate. You will be replacing our associate if you get the position, as he has to leave for personal reasons.

We are an online, web based e-commerce business, retailing and catering to the consumer, as well as corporate customers, but mostly to the consumer world wide. We specialize in a very niche market and are leaders online in the sales of gifts, specifically music boxes, and musical gifts. We are the best at what we do and have thousands of customers world wide and have been in business for 10 years now. You can visit us online at www.musicboxattic.com.

The job offers a lot of growth and future earnings as well as possibilities, although initially no professional experience will be required, except for and not limited to:
1. Very good overall computer skills and understanding of the use of computers.
2. Fast typing a must, since you will be entering data and using the keyboard quite often.
3. Ability to learn quickly because we would need you to learn the entire process of the sale.
4. Great telephone speaker since we will need you to take orders by phone.
5. You have to have the will and want to not be shy and come up with new ideas, implement them and take action when needed.
6. The rest you will learn....

Your challenges:
1. Process orders that come in through our web sites. Enter customer data and print shipping labels.
2. Within a month be able to distinguish the items we sell and be able to correctly pull them from the warehouse and put the actual order together, get it ready for shipping.
3. Ship the orders when they are done.
4. After a few months, learn the product very well and be able to begin to answer emails and phone calls, and be able to answer most customer questions.
5. Work on different small, medium and even large projects from time to time (e.g. right now we in the process of re-recording all of our musical movements)...(another e.g. do inventory on certain supplier products) and any other projects necessary.
6. Sometimes do online listings of our products, descriptions of products, writing articles and even blogging.
