ESSENTIAL DUTIES
? Prepare client materials. This may include functions of receiving, picking, re-filing, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc
? Assist with the loading of client materials onto truck.
? Assist with the unloading of client materials from truck.
? Label, store, scan, and inventory client materials in the Record Center.
? Operate forklift when necessary.
? Drive a company vehicle to pick up/deliver client materials when necessary.
? Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the Record Center.
? Assist with any projects in the Record Center, as well as off-site at a customer location.
? Complete daily logs.
? Perform pre/post vehicle inspections on forklift and/or trucks before and after operation.
? Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
? Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Forklift certification preferred.
? Ability to operate a pallet jack.
? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
