We seek to fill the position of Sales Assistant. We are looking for a career minded individual. There is a good opportunity for advancement. This is a hybrid position that will require the handling of written proposals, internet research, and special projects working with clients, internal staff and linguists. We require a person who has very strong written skills, computer and organizational skills. a customer service attitude and who is adaptable for a multitude of roles. A background in proposal writing would be very helpful. They need to have very good computer and typing skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. We seek a team player with an upbeat positive attitude. Person needs to able to multi task and prioritize effectively. Training will be provided. We require a person who has a minimum of 2+ years of experience as an office assistant, sale assistant or customer service. We would prefer a person with a degree, but would consider other strong candidates without it.
We seek a person who has flexibility, likes challenges, catches on fast, who wants to learn and develop their sales skills. The position is a hybrid one and entails working as an assistant in the sales department as well as a handling proposals, client requests and client quotes and proposals. The position will utilize ACT, QuickBooks Pro and Outlook. Training will be given on these programs as needed. Hours are full time and there will be occasional overtime required as the day to day operations dictate.
