Qualifications:
1-3 years customer facing experience preferred.
Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers? via phone or email
Ability to identify and resolve customer related issues
Ability to Identify and solve problems
Developing and maintaining knowledge of wireless services and equipment in order to provide information to the customer
?The successful candidate will be able to perform the following:
Ability to operate a computer, copier and fax; Basic email, word, excel and quick book skills are REQUIRED
Complete general duties as assigned by the manager including but not limited to: order, ship, receive, organize, and merchandize inventory, INCLUDING
Receive orders from customers in fast and accurate way
Proceed all orders accurately and by the daily deadline
Organize shipping office area, manage packing supply inventory. Reorder when necessary
Handling customers issues with orders, shipping delays
Good written communication skills via email.
$10 per hour, two weeks trial.
