Then we want you! Large retail organization is looking for an executive assistant to help organize and manage the day-to-day of one of our executives who is trying to develop a fast growing, brand new e-Commerce division from the ground-up. Sample job tasks include:

? Drafting emails/ letters of correspondence and taking notes during meetings with other high level executives. Confidentiality and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a MUST.
? Researching online for key resources or people that would be helpful in developing the division.
? Read through important business documents and provide quick written or verbal summaries to the executive.
? Manage the daily calendar and making sure all tasks that need to get done for the day are addressed and action is taken. Remind the executive of key pending deadlines.
? Take phone calls as appropriate from people within and outside the organization, and shows utmost courteous and professionalism.
? Provide advice or input on important departmental issues the executive may be struggling with.
? Make coffee in the mornings (We love coffee!).

Basically, your primary job responsibility is to help keep him focused and organized. You will be working as the right hand man or woman in overseeing the explosive growth of an e-Commerce division with a lot of resources at its disposal. Technical Skills Needed:
? Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
? Use of Calendar software (i.e. Gmail calendar)
