Bilingual Insurance Sales Representatives Needed (Echo Park)

More infoI'm looking to hire 3 bilingual sales representatives for an independent State Farm Insurance office. Training and licensing will be provided. You must be professional, fluent in English and Spanish and have excellent communication skills.

This is a sales position. Past sales experience is a big plus. You must be excited about selling insurance and financial service products.

Duties:

Solicit, quote & sell all lines of insurance (activities included):

- Talking to businesses and individuals about their insurance and financial service needs
- Cold calling
- Respond to internet leads
- Ask for referrals
- Contact existing customers to add new lines of insurance.
- Pivot from service contacts to set cross-selling appointments.
- Offer, quote & sell life products
- Offer, quote & sell bank products
- Process applications for all product lines
- Review existing policies and process changes.
- Take claims and follow-up on claims questions or problems
- Process service requests/memos
- Process payments, answer phones & greet customers
- Contact existing customers to set review appointments.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
