You will be answering customers phone calls, emails and live chats, helping customers with products, shipping, returns, phone orders, making follow up calls and performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Depending on your performance you will be given opportunity to grow yourself into managing position.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Previous customer service experience over the phone is required
+ Good computer skills are required(MS Office, Email, Web)
+ Ability to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
+ Be friendly and patient with customers
+ Be able to resolve any situations with difficult customers
+ Learn fast our products and websites
+ Ability to work well independently
+ Must be punctual and reliable
+ Strong self-management skills
+ Ability to assist in general duties during busy times
+ Experience with shipping software for USPS, FEDEX and UPS is a plus
+ Bilingual is a plus.
