RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will primarily include, but are not limited to:
- Performing all general dispatch and scheduling functions
- Handling incoming customer inquiries by phone or email and booking reservations
- Communicating with drivers and passengers regarding pickup information
- Coordinating and supervising drivers to assure on-time pickups
- Additional duties as required
- 24/7 environment - must be able to work night or early morning shifts including at least one weekend day as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Must have prior dispatch experience in fast paced environment
- Prior front-line customer service experience
- Knowledge of the greater Los Angeles area -- Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties
SKILLS:
- Must have good communication skills, be very detail oriented and computer literate
- Requires good customer service skills
- Must be a problem solver and work well under pressure
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Must be a self starter and able to work without direct supervision
- Teachable in company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be fluent in english
PART-TIME POSITION:
- Required skills are generally the same as the full-time position
- 24/7 environment -- must be available to work week-ends, nights and early mornings
- Chauffeured transportation experience is preferred but not required
