We're looking for energetic, talented, personable, motivated and flexible individuals who enjoy working with food and most importantly people. The following positions are available:

Truck Lead: Duties include driving the truck from the commissary to various scheduled locations, manage and lead truck personnel, problem solve and work well as a team leader, schedule staff, prep for service, set up and break down truck, take orders, manage cash income, inventory management, quality control, ability to maintain truck mechanically (call for repairs as needed). This position will begin as part time from 15 to 20 hours per week and possibly full time. Valid CA Drivers' license without DUI's and ServeSafe CA Food Handlers Certificate are mandatory.

Short Order Cook: Duties include minor prep work, deep frying, grill work, cleaning, some stocking, and some training of new employees. This person should be experienced in restaurant and/or food truck operations, line and/or short order cooking. Ability to work at fast pace and remain pleasant towards personnel and customers, as well as put out great looking and great tasting food.

Event Scheduler: We are looking for an event scheduler for food trucks. This position will entail booking profitable food truck events and generating new business throughout Los Angeles. This would include booking of popular food truck lots and upcoming events. This position is available on a part time basis and is commission only employment. Compensation depends upon experience.
