This shop is in business for over 30 years, and enjoys having some of nation's largest aerospace and defense contractors as its customers.
The company is known for its quality, and is ISO / AS9100 certified.

The qualified candidates must possess majority of the following experience, personal attributes, and skill-set.

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales / business development of machined parts or manufactured products.
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Ability to develop sales leads, and follow through.
Ability to develop and build long term customer relations.
Good people skills, excellent communications skills.
General management experience will be an added qualification.

The selected candidate will maintain and enhance relations with the current customers, and develop new customers.
He/ She will also help resolve customer issues, and help Company's owner in general management.

Compensation will be a base salary plus sales commission.
