Responsibilities:
Manage Day to Day Administration within Retail Channel:
? Respond to daily requests from Customers, Sales Directors, MFG Representatives, and internal staff.
? Resolve customer issues.
? Organize/file retail information.
? Create and implement a customer presentation checklist.
? Request for new customer and product set up forms.
? Coordinate product testing requirements of retailers.
? Internal sales meeting preparation and support.
? Build customer database and work with Sales Directors on customer satisfaction.
? Ship samples and sales and marketing materials to Sales Reps and Customers.
? Train and educate new MFG Sales Reps and customers as needed.
? Facilitate payment processing and follow-up for national accounts.
? Communicate with internal and external groups on import, customs and shipping needs.
Create, Prepare and Distribute Weekly/Monthly Reports:
? Manage MBlock extranet reports.
? Develop and maintain reports for distribution to Sales Directors and Internal Management. These reports include; shipments, on-order, trade spend audits.
? Responsible for getting shipment updates from the factory and giving regular updates to the President and VP of Sales.
Communication with Sales Organization and Independent Customers:
? Price changes, product deletions, product introductions and promotions.
? Provide product information and coordinate POS materials.
? Oversight of MFG Representative Sales support materials.
Prepare, Monitor and Execute Trade Show Activities
? Prepare all trade show materials and coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams.
? Track product and supply inventory receipts and shipments to and from all trade shows.
? Work with various vendors and show services to ensure smooth flow of trade show set-up and breakdown
? Organize/file paperwork for all of company's trade shows
? Present, maintain and manage an annual trade show calendar to facilitate preparation for materials, products and staff
? Ensure trade shows are registered and paid for and all supporting documents are organized and filed in a systematic and detailed manner
? Supervise and coordinate with show contractors
Job Requirements:
? Minimum 3+ years of related work experience.
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
? Prior Account Management experience with atleast 1 of the Nationwide Retailers is required (Walmart, Target, Costco, Sephora, Nordstrom, Macy's, ToysRUs, etc)
? Strong understanding of import/export terms and activities
? Ability to manage multiple tasks.
? Ability to develop efficient but effective "go to market" processes.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? High energy, self starter, detail oriented.
? Exudes a winning customer service attitude.
