Software programming/scraping ninja wanted! $20,000 if you solve this (Santa Monica, CA)

Avoid scams and fraud by dealing locally! Beware any deal involving Western Union, Moneygram, wire transfer, cashier check, money order, shipping, escrow, or any promise of transaction protection/certification/guarantee. More infoHere is the deal, we have tried to solve a very difficult problem. We
wrote a scraper to grab information from a website. We solved that
part. Now for the hard part, we want to contact everyone on the site
and get them to email us back. That is it. Can you do it? If so, we
will pay you $20,000. We are not spamming them, we intend to work with
each user, however because of competitive reasons the website that
hosts the form will not give us more than one user at a time.

More background: There are three areas they might try to stop you with:
1) IP address is not unique enough.
2) Message is not unique enough.
3) Reply email address is not unique enough.

What makes this easy, anyone can anonymously post a message to users
on this website and there is no CAPTCHA or account creation process,
so using proxies should be easy. If you were able to write a script
that used multiple proxies then IP address detection would not be a
problem. Next we might be able to send a message to all the users that
gets delivered but we need each message to be a little different as to
not get caught. And the final piece of the puzzle we need to supply a
unique reply email address.

Final solution would use different messages, different return email
addresses, and use multiple IP addresses as to not get caught or
banned. We can supply a database of unique things about each person.
The solution only needs to send a few hundred messages a day.

will pay for anyone that can code and deliver us this solution and you
