Qualifications:
- One year customer service experience, preferably in a food service industry. (Management is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to make timely decisions
- Practices attentive and active listening.
- Computer Literate and desire to learn
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Bi-lingual desired.
- Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Build beautiful Subway sandwiches
- Identify customer needs and pay full attention to customers
- Explain and offer add-on items and different promotions.
- Take inbound calls including catering orders, phone orders and/or questions about promotions.
- Access and execute online inventory orders
- Reading and following up on customer service inquires/comments.
