We are looking for someone to take on the kitchen and make it there own. We want a creative chef that thinks outside of the box and can create top notch dishes with beautiful presentation. It is very high profile Restaurant.
Must be passionate about cooking and producing the highest quality dishes. Someone that is willing to go to farmers market to get fresh produce, to the fish market to get the best fish, etc.
If you have molecular gastronomy experience and pastry experience that is a plus.

As the signature restaurant, offers seasonal new American California cuisine and serves 3 meals daily. For this position, we require you have a culinary degree and 3 to 5 years Executive Sous Chef experience. You must also have fine dining experience, exposure to international cooking, great creativity, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation.
The following requirements must be met:
- be a strong leader who can train their staff well and communicate clearly.
- be able to make recipes, ordering, inventory control, food cost, and back office work.
- able to handle a busy restaurant without sacrificing our quality
We are not looking for CATERING Chefs or chefs have been working in chain restaurant group
