- Cleaning

- Winterizations

- Repairs

REQUIREMENTS:

- Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 at least (Each Occurance & General Aggregate)

- Camera with a time and date stamp for proof of work completed (before, during and completion).

- Access to the internet and computer literate
