I am looking for a chef who knows how to cook food from the Arabian Gulf region. A chef who's familiar with cooking food from Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.

I prefer a chef from India, Yemen or Iraq. I am open to other nationalities though but that's my preference because where I come from the best chefs are from there.
