National Account Executive- Brand Standards Auditing (Los Angeles)

More infoThe National Account Executive (NAE) is a member of the Business Development team for our Brand Standards Auditing business. The NAE generates market growth through achieving new contractual sales agreements with prospects and existing clients within an assigned territory.

Steritech is seeking a mid-level sales professional to prospect and sell to targeted national and regional accounts. Successful candidates will have sales experience, including hunting and prospecting of national accounts, strong business acumen and deal making skills, and are driven to succeed.

Candidates must live in or around one of the metro areas listed. Daily travel and 7-12 days a month of overnight travel is required.

Position Description Deliver targeted sales results Research and analyze the sales territory to determine market potential Effectively and systematically canvass the market for prospective clients Develop, maintain and use prospecting tracking systems to maintain contact with those identified as prospects Contact prospective clients by phone, email, in writing or face-to-face in order to create opportunities to sell our services Conduct meetings with prospects to promote Steritech and the services we provide Inspect facilities of prospective clients for the purpose of performing needs analysis Generate proposals for service contracts, jobs, consulting and software sales at a consistent level necessary to achieve sales targets Close sales in order to achieve sales targets Serve as a liaison between operations, account managers and new clients to ensure the service is delivered as sold Document all sales and sales activities in accordance with Steritech's Standard Operating Procedures

Position Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years experience in an outside sales role Proven and verifiable track record in sales and customer service This position is based in the Los Angeles area. Candidates must live in LA, Riverside or Orange counties Valid driver's license Must pass background checks Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree is preferred National Account sales experience is preferred Experience in the Services industry is a plus Contact and networking experience in the hospitality, food service, facilities management or other associated industries, a plus Board-room level presence and presentation skills Excellent oral and written communication, as well as excellent presentation skills Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office tools, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint The ability to develop and maintain client relationships Excellent hunting skills Consultative selling skills: ability to listen, understand clients' needs, and offer effective solutions The discipline to be self managed with a burning desire to succeed Ability to prospect and research the market for potential business. In person, phone, and through internet prospecting skills
