need quote for CARPET INSTALLATION (a closet) (Lawndale)

I have a 7 foot x 9 foot carpet remnant that I'd like to put down into a
6 x 8 closet, in an apartment unit in the City of Lawndale.

The old carpet in the closet has to be removed first. We can reuse/keep the old
carpet pad. I will supply all materials, if you tell me exactly what we need (like tacks, tack strips and/or glue)

Please quote labor for this

1. In Lawndale, pull up the old carpet
2. Cut to fit carpet, wall to wall. Its about 6 x 8 feet, but not quite square.
4. Lay down and tack this new carpet.

(shouldn't take a professional more than 20 minutes, I believe)
