We are in the premiere plastic surgery building in Beverly Hills. You will be the face of our practice so we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has a great sense of style, and is good with people.
Our patients range from the everyday mom, to professionals in various industries, to celebrities - so professionalism and confidentiality is a must.
You will also be trained to work the back office so you will gain significant experience for long term career advancement.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Answering phones
• Retrieve messages and distribute
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Filing, copying, data entry
• Organizing patient packets
• Insurance verification
• Calling in prescription orders
Billing
Must have the following qualifications:
• A minimum 1 year of reception/front office experience in a MEDICAL OFFICE
• Is knowledgeable with insurance
• Is knowledgeable with prescription orders
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and prioritize
• PRESENTABLE AND FRIENDLY
