Requirements:
Word Press 3.3.1 (custom themes/plugins developer), Joomla and/or SocialEngine is a plus.
Knowledge of PHP5 (Procedural and OOP), HTML5/CSS3. ( It would also be good if you are familiar with Drupal, and JavaScript, but these are not a requirement ).
Very clean. semantic coding.
MYSQL Analyst/Programming skills big plus.
Developing Seo organic traffic, must know how to work with social media sites to generate traffic;
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Must be familiar with email marketing campaigns and chat platforms;

The right person will be responsible for:

*Building and launching landing pages;
*E-Mail Blasts
