Complaint Resolution Specialist (BBB) (Downtown Los Angeles)

Individual will be responsible for being the corporate liaison between the local Better Business Bureau, clients, and the company to address Payment Systems Corp complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in processing BBB and Merchant disputes. Knowledge of the FDR system, Visa, Regulation E is strongly recommended. A general understanding of basic accounting practices regarding debit and credits to general ledgers are also helpful. Problem solving is critical to the successful performance of this job. In addition, excellent oral and written communication skills are critical in successfully performing this job.
