The Division Administrator, in collaboration with Division Heads and Administrative Director of Pediatrics, manages the administrative functions of the divisions of Endocrinology, Medical Genetics, Infectious Disease and Spina Bifida. Responsibilities include financial management (budget, grants & contracts), personnel management, program coordination, business development, quality improvement, and service. Ensures that the goals and objectives of the division are consistent with hospital goals and objectives. Responsible for collaborationg with PCS Leadership to oversee divisional nursing responsibilities.
Qualifications: Masters degree in business or healthcare related field required. Three years of progressive management experience in business or healthcare field.
Skills Required: Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills. Management experience in hospital/healthcare environment. Proven managerial and teambuilding skills. Must be able to lead change and develop other change agents.
