QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have Book of Business.
*NMLS License required
*Minimum 3 years experience
* Knowledge of Point / Microsoft Word / Excel and Outlook
*Knowledge and understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
*Excellent customer service skills, verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
*Ability to multi-task and operate in a high volume fast paced environment (Manage pipeline of up to 40 loans per month).
*Ability to work independently with attention to follow-up and detailed record-keeping
Inputting proper loan information into the system.
*Charismatic and personable a must.
*Communicating with borrowers and agents throughout the process and collecting and organizing appropriate documents for submission
*Communicating with title and escrow companies as well as appraisers and other third party service providers.
*Strong follow up and fulfilling conditions.
