About us: Fresh Japanese curry rice dishes and pasta made to order in an open kitchen. "Yoshoku-ya" or Japanese Western Food that is meant to be affordable and fun. Our interpretation of "resort style" Japanese curry that has clean flavors that allows one to actually taste the spices and layers of flavor in the curry. Pastas are a Japanese style adaptation of traditional Italian dishes. Sauces are light, flavorful, and well balanced with al dente pasta.

Fat Spoon is seeking an individual to lead serving shifts as a Head Server. This position requires excellent multi-tasking skills, good leadership capabilities, problem solving skills, and enthusiasm. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and lunch shifts.
