We currently have an opportunity for an experienced CNC Programmer/machinist that excels in a dynamic and fast paced work environment to join our team. We are looking for an individual to program, set-up and operate HAAS CNC vertical mills. You will be responsible for the programming required for the manufacture of Prototype, precision, close-tolerance, machined parts as well as Production of open tolerance parts. Candidate will be involvement in manufacturing planning, production and inspection. Qualified candidates will work with a wide variety of unique and challenging programming projects.

Responsibilities of this position will include the following:
Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
? Plans programming by studying engineering drawings, materials, specifications, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters
? Fanuc production programming
? Designs support tooling
Requirements
? 3+ years experience with CNC Programming with MasterCam
? 5+ years experience with Fanuc programming
? 10+ CNC Machining experience
? Capable of generating 2D/3D cutter paths
? Comfortable with high precision, complex and challenging components
? Experience with machining tool steel, mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum
? Ability to identify and implement improvements
? Mechanical Aptitude
? Proficient math skills
? Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills a plus
? 2D/3D CAD
? Capable of effectively communicating with peers and management
