? Experience in billing and collections for home health services. Familiar with all insurances.
? Duties include data entry, electronic and/or paper claims submission as well as submission to secondary payor, payment posting, generating statements, and instituting collections. Excellent auditing and follow-up on unpaid claims and denials for appeals / re-billing, and resolving problem accounts.
? Monitor reimbursements for accurate allowables, monitor and work the ARs for collections. Present clean AR reports to management.
? Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Access or similar programs. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE doing billing in a home health care setting is required to apply for this position.
? Shift: Full time position, Monday - Friday
