Line Cook needed for busy Downtown Diner.

We are a small but busy cafe. The cafe has been an LA breakfast spot for 64 years. Three years ago it was taken over by a restaurant owner with extensive cooking experience. Adding to this is a chef with great cooking talent and with a lot of hard work we are successful. We are not fast food, processed, frozen, cook out of box kinda guys. We take pride in a dish well done. Our burgers are made from top sirloin that we ground fresh every day. We make our hash browns from whole potatoes. We go the extra distance to make every item the best it can be.

The chef and I are looking for a dedicated individual that takes cooking seriously. You must have passion. You must want to learn. You will need talent. You will need ambition. If you love the pressure of being the best, please apply.

You must be:

--Experienced on an egg station
--Clean and Organized
--ServSafe Certified
--Detail Oriented
--Punctual
--Able to follow a recipe
