We are holding an open call this upcoming MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY from 1-4 pm.

We are currenty searching for the following positions:

Sous Chef- 3+ years experience in the position. General knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. Russian cuisine a plus.

Prep- Basic prep experience, sauces, knife skills, stocking, basic cleaning experience.

Pastry Chef- 3+ years of experience in the field. current portofolio of past dishes/R&D creations.

Salad Prep- (Cold station) 3+ years expreience with salad station, cold/desert plating, assembly, execution of dishes.

Candidates should posses the proper documentation for employment in USA.
Please bring resume and ask for the manager on duty.
Please have open availability and flexible scheduling.
Clean, punctual and well groomed candidates are a must.
