Client Care Coordinator oversees the delivery of home care services to our clients. This is a full time position for a CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR.
We're looking for a professional with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and common sense to complete the tasks and duties in our office. You will work with a wide variety of clientele -- the ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking, have good communication skills and contribute a helpful and positive attitude to our work environment. Strong work ethic is a must.
Duties and responsibilities:
? Set up services with new clients.
? Orient and train caregivers to clients needs and ensure a proper fit.
? Ensure client has the best experience possible.
? Thorough follow up and outstanding customer services.
? Resolves customer service issues effectively and in timely manner.
? Coordinates and oversees daily office flow and reports to the manager.
? Ensures that care plans are renewed, maintained and followed.
? Tracks client condition and client/family satisfaction.
? Monitoring of the assigned team performance to ensure services are being delivered.
? Accompanying the Homecare Manager on sales and customer service calls.
Desired Skills & Experience:
? Previous experience in Homecare or related fields in health care industry.
? Previous experience working in the office or in management.
? Professionalism and maturity demeanor is required.
? Highly organized with a dedication to follow through and an ability to proactively anticipate client needs.
? Must be a team player and also capable of working independently.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
? Available to work overtime when necessary.
