Job Functions:
-Weekly store replenishment analysis, order placing, order entry, tracking and execution
-Monitoring and updating min/max levels and tracking special orders
-Reconciling RTV's and vendor credits
-Provide reports with all aspects of data collection from promotion, new arrivals and inventory to evaluate productivity and make recommendations
-Able to continuously create ad hoc reporting by style, store, region, size, color, attribute etc. as dictated by business needs
Qualifications:
-Candidate must have BA or BS degree, preferably in finance, business, merchandise marketing or related field
-Must have minimum of 3 years of multi-store merchandising/planning or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Solid experience and understanding of retail math, open to buy, merchandise planning and flow
-Strong PC skills and proficiency in Excel required
-Experience in RMS, SAP, JDA, Arthur or equivalent inventory management program preferred
-Must have great time management skills, be self-motivated, a go-getter/team player with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Great analytical and organizational skills
