Requirements
Deep and substantial demonstrated experience in: All phases of search buying: keywords and negatives, campaign structuring, variable and dynamic expressions, managed placement, creative copywriting (useful), and evaluation tools, including WhatRunsWhere and Spyfu or equivalent All phases of display buying, including Google native, RTB, other 3rd party, and managed placements. Relationships with publishers/networks a big plus.Deep knowledge of retargeting strategy and execution absolutely necessary. Analytics and reporting, including evaluating, reporting on, and adjusting buys to Google Analytics, Omniture, and others. Your experience in list buying would be an added bonus.

With that in mind, we are looking for an extraordinarily talented and focused Leader for our Search and Display Ad Buying Practice. This is an opportunity to put your skills to the test in an arena where you are not part of the process.. you define the process. Our clients are results focused and lead oriented (with some ecom mixed in). You will use all of your skills to deliver ever increasing lead volume at contained conversion costs. You will also develop strategic issue based campaigns. You will work with account management to develop and support creative strategies, landing page optimization, retargeting and nurturing campaigns.
