QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
? 1 to 5 years of fine dining food and beverage service and/or related food and beverage experience.
? Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
? Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment
In addition to the requirements listed above
? A working knowledge of Squirrel Systems
? A working knowledge of Spirits and Wine
