Must Have Skills & Experiences:
? Must have 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
? Must have 2+ years using PeachTree 2010 (or newer) accounting software
? Must have 1+ years of office administration experience
? Must be very proficient in using MS Excel to create formulas and reports
? Must be super detail oriented and organized
? Must be able to work with minimal supervision and find work related solutions without assistance

Pluses:
? Some previous customer service experience
? Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
? Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Expert internet user

? Hours: 10-40 hours per week depending on needs
? Pay rate: $14-16 hour depending on experience
? Benefits may be available depending hours worked and performance
