Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish or Armenian is a plus
Experienced using computerized scheduling software
Previous sales/customer service experience
Be able to work well under heavy telephone and customer traffic
Have excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
Have a flexible schedule
Duties:
Scheduling appointments
Handling phone calls
Light paper work and filing
