Small fashion Accessories Company is looking for an individual to handle all online web orders. Download orders, enter on ledger in Microsoft Excel, Pull the items on the orders, pack the items to be shipped, ship the items. Handle all customer service related issues for all online web orders. Must have excellent sales experience. Filing, typing, ability to compose business letters, faxing, answering phones. Learn all of our products and designs to help customers. Knowledge of computers and internet, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and how to use the formulas. Must have knowledge of shipping online via UPS, Fedex and USPS. Must be detail oriented, a self starter, reliable, dependable, live nearby. Have great work ethics, willing to learn and help in all areas, be a team player.
