We currently operate two locations Monrovia and West Covina under Oto-Oto and we will be opening our third location under the Gyoro Gyoro brand in Encino in a few weeks!!
We are a company with great growth potential looking for hard working dedicated staff to grow with us in the US.

We are hiring for the following positions in the indicated locations:

Sushi Chefs: (Monrovia)
-Must have experience as a sushi chef
-Ability to handle high-paced atmosphere
-Capable of preparing fish, sushi, and rolls
-Able to abide with the restaurant guidelines and procedures
-Speaks English, Japanese is a big plus
-Excellent communication skills, organized, motivated, and able to be self sufficient

Kitchen Helper: (Monrovia & West Covina)
-Must have experience in a high pace environment
-Must have ability to multi-task
-Must have good communication skills
-Must be able to communicate in English
-Knowledge in Japanese cuisine is a plus

Dishwashers: (Monrovia & West Covina)
-Experience in high pace environment a plus
-Must be able to communicate in English

Servers & Food Runners: (Monrovia & West Covina)
-Must have serving experience
-Able to multi-task in high-paced environment
-Ability to learn quickly
-Able to work independently AND be a team player
-Excellent communication skills
-Motivated and have great attitude
-Speak English, Japanese is a big plus
-Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a big plus.

Bartender Requirements: (Monrovia & West Covina)
-MUST have bartending experience
-Ability to multi-task in high-paced environment
-Ability to learn quickly
-Sake and Shochu knowledge a plus
-Speaks Japanese is a plus
-Ability to suggest new innovated cocktail drinks is a plus
-Weekend availability is a must
-Knowledge in Japanese cuisine is a plus

Hostess: (Monrovia)
-Must work well under pressure.
-Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
-Must be able to multi-task
-Weekend availability is a must
-Knowledge in Japanese cuisine is a plus
