NOW HIRING!!! PROPERTY SUPERVISOR: various locations in the Greater San Gabriel Valley Area, Long Beach and LA area

Property management company seeks an experienced Property Supervisor who is seeking growth and can manage multiple properties located in the surrounding cities.

Compensation is based on a 20 percent commision of managed portfolio income; (For this portfolio of properties the monthly commission is roughly $2,500 per month; plus leasing bonuses (roughly $200 to $500 monthly, depending on leasing skill and number of vacancies) and a $250 gas allowance. Employer will also consider ideal candidate for a package situations that would include on-site manager position (Free rent!) of an apartment building within our portfolio.

This position is for determined property supervisors or experienced regional managers who are looking for a jump start in their property management careers. The successful candidate will have high personal integrity, and will be dependable, ambitious, detail-oriented and have the ability to handle the daily operations of property management. This position requires involvement in all aspects of leasing, marketing, lease renewals, tenant relations, supervising vendors, supervising on-site managers, vendor management, maintenance quality control ( obtaining bids for large jobs, dispatching vendors, etc.). Ideal candidate will posses a positive attitude, great people skills, highly organized, and have above-average attention to detail. You must be customer service oriented providing tenants and clients with top quality of service at all times. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to lease negotiations, ovesight and completion of daily tasks, implementing policies and procedures, working within a system and proactive planning. Duties also include communicating with clients/tenants/vendors, scheduling appointments, overseeing maintenance vendors, ordering and reviewing bids, handling correspondence, composing letters and lease documents, marketing and leasing of vacant units, taking emergency phone calls and providing management support. Position requires candidate to have a reliable vehicle with current driver's license and insurance. Must be comfortable with local daily driving and working weekends as needed.

Applicants MUST HAVE the following:
- Real Estate License (if you do not have a Real Estate License, Company will pay for license after 3 months of employment- California Department of Real Estate License)
- Experience apartment leases
- Strong Marketing & Leasing Skills
- Experience managing on-site managers
-Impeccable verbal and written skills
-Proficiency with Word, Outlook and internet
- YARDI EXPERIENCE A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent time management
-Ability to proactively handle challenging tenant issues and client management
-Friendly with strong customer service
-Ability to make decisions independently
-Strong work ethic and desire for success
-Ideal candidate will be hardworking, honest with great integrity
- Ability to complete all task in a timely manner
- Work closely under the supervision of upper management
- Maintain an organized desk and system of operations
- problem solving skills
-Preparation of notices, 3-day, past due balance, unpaid balance, etc.
- On-site coordination, Rent collections and vendor coordination
- Must possess sufficient skills to readily interpret tasks at hand and good verbal communication skills
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Previous experience required
