We are looking for an IT professional with a strong technical background, a high aptitude for learning new things, service oriented and ready to assist people with their technology needs. Team player who can work autonomously without constant supervision.

Responsibilities includes:
-End User support both remotely and onsite
-Manage client's IT infrastructure including Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Workstations and mobile devices.
-Able to create procedures, Documentation and reports
-Act as second level support

Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in IT support, must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical skills should include:
-Microsoft desktop and server systems, MS Exchange, Active Directory, IIS and Terminal
-Microsoft office applications support 2003/2007/2010
-Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, subnetting)
-Experience with setting up firewalls and Wireless networks.
-At least basic knowledge of Virtualization and VMware
-Advantages: Certifications or Experience with Products from Cisco, VMware, TrendMicro, Dell, Symantec, Google Apps, Microsoft online and Apple.
