Position
You will be a Case Analyst. Individuals & businesses contact us when they are in trouble with the IRS, State or both. Some clients owe $10k while others owe over a million dollars. You will be trained on how to properly interview the clients, determine what we can do for them and accurately deliver their options over the phone. We train for our CA's to be as close to perfect as possible because we are dedicated to doing the best job possible for all clients which leads to future referral business. You will be working 100% on the phone with clients across the country and will be talking to blue collar workers as well as Doctors and other professionals. You need to have total confidence, speak with conviction and be willing to fail in order to succeed.
