VERY IMPORTANT - candidates need to demonstrate experience in assembling a permit drawing set, technical detailing, specification research, coordinating project consultants, obtaining agency approvals, and working with contractors. Candidates are responsible for developing drawings in AutoCAD, and providing design support in the preparation of conceptual design drawings through construction documents. A full range of communication skills are required, as the candidate is expected to participate in all phases of work.
Advanced proficiency with ALL the following: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D modeling. Proficiency with Word and Excel. Strong graphic design skills and experience with Revit are a plus.
