We are a long establish, successful, and growing manufacturer of consumer electronics
Our offices are located in Westlake Village California, and employee 55 fantastic people.
We have branches in USA, Europe and Asia and sell many of the major CE retailers

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
Prepare reports and financial statements for CPA and senior management.
Improve and establish finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures including appropriate internal control safeguards.
Set operational and / or performance goals for each department
Oversee inventory control , sales goals, forecasting, and budgeting
Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure priorities are clear and coordination is efficient.
Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
Consult with management to develop and implement strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses.
Improve and Establish operational processes

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
? A lot of energy , ambition and passion
? Strong general ledger, job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll
? Computer knowledgeable; spreadsheet proficient.
? Must be efficient with strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
? Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.
? Degree in Finance ,or Accounting required.
? Overseas manufacturing experience, a strong plus.
? At least 3 years experience required
