We are an established full service real estate law firm seeking a select few motivated individuals for our loan modification sales office in West Los Angeles. In addition to loan modification, we also provide debt settlement and bankruptcy services so you will have the opportunity to leverage those product.

RESPONSIBILITIES and QUALITIES:

? MUST BE A CLOSER, with direct experience in the Loan Modification industry
? Receive inbound voicemail leads generated by our exclusive mailer techniques, and make outbound calls from opt-in hot leads during down times.
? You will NOT be required to collect client's supporting documents (tax returns, hardship letter, bank statements, etc.). You will have a full support staff at your disposal so that you can focus on CLOSING DEALS.
? Self-driven with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
? Excellent communication and time management skills.
