For 30 years our Full Service Signs and Graphics Company has offered our clients the highest level of Customer Service with the highest quality of products. As our company is growing, we have opened up a new satellite store in Encino. We are looking to hire a full time store employee with an entry level background in graphics designs. This person will have their hand in maintaining many divisions of this store including offering our customer our #1 product -- Customer Service.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel
- Help clients design artwork to fit gift, signs, tradeshow banners and other promotional signage
- Can manage sales and generate sales leads through current and new customers
- Efficient in basic Microsoft office software including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

DUTIES:
- Assist clients in helping them purchase the products that best fit their needs
- Upsell additional products based on client's needs
- Manage email to process designs and orders in a timely manner
- Assist clients in designing artwork for their project
- Perform basic engravings on clients products (training to be learned on the job)
- Work as a liaison between store and corporate to report sales, stock, orders, etc.
- Maintain store appearance
- Reliable transportation to do some minor traveling to our satellite offices for training.
