Office Admin (Commerce, CA)

B2B Customer Service, including but not limited to solving issues over phone and issuing credit memos
Data entry of customer information and orders
Answer and route phone calls
Track RMAs
Deposit checks
Mail AR statements and follow up with overdue invoices
Provide clerical and administrative support to office

Maintain and monitor office equipment to ensure their working order
Organize and arrange travel itineraries
